I suffer from a bone disorder. After 20 years of working, I was told "no more" by my doctor. I was turned down by my insurance carrier for disability payments. After that one time, I called Cassie Springer-Sullivan and Michelle Roberts. There was a lot to take care of that I didn't know how to handle, and it was wonderful when Cassie said to me, "don't worry about this; that's our job now and we'll take care of it." Cassie and Michelle were always extremely professional, thorough and prompt in calling me and updating me. It was absolutely fantastic to know I had them on my side. Thanks to Cassie and Michelle I was awarded my long-term disability. I would not have that monthly payment without their hard work and determination. -- Sandi S. |
Cassie Springer-Sullivan represented me in my short-term and long-term disability claim against a major national insurance company, who denied my claim. Cassie’s diligence, expertise and insight resulted in bringing the Lion to its knees and, as a result, the insurance company agreed to pay my past, present and future benefits. Cassie is also a great communicator, who builds complete trust with her clients. -- Scott A. |
I do not believe there is an attorney who could have represented me in any better fashion in this disability dispute than you. You have been keenly professional, not leaving one relevant detail to chance....I have complete confidence, faith and belief in your experience, talent, and ability....Thank you Michelle and for all you have done for me. You are truly an outstanding lawyer and you are always prepared. I want to thank you for the tremendous effort, and outstanding work you have done on my behalf. -- Judy M. |
Excellent! Thorough yet concise...I'm quite impressed, and very pleased. Thanks again for all your hard work. -- Warren L. |
[T]hanks so very much for the work you did. I'm very grateful for it, and am glad you took on my case. You did an excellent job, and I'm very very thankful for it. That money has been incredibly useful to me, and, well, I cannot keep on gushing about what a good job you did. Well, I can, but that will make for a particularly long and probably repetitive email. I only know *so* many adjectives. -- Andrew I. |
| Thank you so much for the phone call and all that you and your team did for us....you were outstanding and a joy to work with! We will definitely look into keeping you on board as I know how Aetna works. Again, thank you for all you did, your work, and your fire, was just outstanding!!!!!!!!! --Laura F. |

| I just read the appeal. Thank you so much. Honestly I have never worked with an attorney before. . . . So it is with great amazement and awe that I see how it this all came together. I really did not know what to expect. Frankly other than looking at your website and of course the referral to you, I trusted my intuition. . . . I put my confidence in you and your team. I could not be more pleased with the result. I don't have anything to compare your appeal to but if I were the adjuster - I sure would cut my losses and approve the claim and move on to someone less disabled! Bless you, --Mary L. |
| I also wanted to say thank you again for taking my case and defending me. You and Cassie are special people. -- Melinda M. |
